Mandy understands that making the first step in reaching out for support takes courage and strength. Everyone faces different challenges throughout their lifetime, and she is committed to helping you on your journey.
Mandy works from a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, considering the individual needs of each of her clients. She is well trained in cognitive-behavioral theory, narrative therapy, mindfulness-based interventions and EMDR therapy. She is known for her collaborative, caring, genuine, and compassionate style and builds safety and confidence in her clients. Mandy also uniquely offers NeurOptimal training within her practice which is a highly personalized brain training software that prompts the central nervous system to help make the best use of your brain’s neural resources.
The NeurOptimal neurofeedback system is a powerful technology that can greatly enhance your well-being and generally help you get the most out of life. Brain training can unlock untapped cognitive potential and help you achieve long-held goals and dreams.
Mandy has a particular interest in working with individuals who are facing challenges as the result of traumatic events, including complex PTSD.
She also works with a variety of health conditions, including depression, anxiety, addictions, grief and loss, low self-esteem, isolation, burnout, relational issues, communication issues, stress, self-harm and life transitions.
Mandy will help you reach your personal goals, while fostering safety, stabilization, and provide coping skills to support your resilience and general sense of well-being.
